These workshops offer young writers the time, opportunity, and artistic freedom to produce their best writing and refine their work.
Students receive guidance from the teacher to revise and edit their writing through group mini-lessons, peer conferences and more.
After lunch, campers will rehearse exciting and age-appropriate shows which culminate in a public performance.
All camps meet at the Georgetown Palace Theatre Mondays through Fridays from am - pm.
Campers will learn fun facts, delve into themed art projects, enjoy rotations like science, puppet shows, cooking, competitions, and be challenged by brain games!
This year with have 16 locations, including Round Rock and Cedar Park with single and multiple week camps, all of which end in performances for friends and family.
Most importantly, kids Acting gives your child a summer filled with life-long memories, friends, and fun! In the mornings, actors will grouped with peers to experience a variety of enrichment classes with instructors who are trained in both education and theatre arts.
Camps feature crafts, LEGO® games, and plenty of time for creative building, so kids are always having fun while learning.
Each camper takes home a LEGO® nametag, minifigure and accessory at the end of each camp session.
